Situated at Kyiv's outskirts, the cottage is surrounded with old massive pines of Pushcha-Vodytsya forest.
The kitchen/living room is naturally connected with backyard through terrace.
Most of the windows are oriented to the north to minimize overheating in summer time. The green roof helps to achieve this goal too.
